Pikrolimni Spa

 
 
 
  Pikrolimni Spa is the first organized center for clay and water treatment in the Balkan. It is placed in Xilokeratia - Kilkis, only 23 km from Thessaloniki.  
  Prevailing in this lake of 18000 acres in extent are the sulphur clay combinations and especially the nitrates. Heated spa clays penetrate directly into the organism through the skin affecting the nerve endings.  
  The clay of Pikrolimni meets the terms for the treatment of various diseases. The following indications are specified:
